Customers Using Windows XP
Some players running on Windows XP are experiencing issues accessing the Fugu Poker software. When opening the software, you may see a pop up that informs you the connection has failed and is retrying. If you continue to have trouble accessing the software after a few tries, you may need to obtain the latest service pack for Windows XP. Service packs keep your operating system (Windows XP) up to date.

Customers with Microsoft E-mail addresses (Hotmail, msn, etc)

Customers with Microsoft Vista (all versions)
Please install Vista Service Pack 1 or hotfix from Microsoft. This will solve graphical problems while playing poker for long periods of time.

Players on Vista can find the notes they made on other players at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Fugu Poker\Notes
